AI readiness assessment
A structured look at how your company works, ending in a short written report you can act on or take to your board.
We spend time with the people doing the work, map the processes where time and money go, and identify the one or two places where AI produces a measurable return soonest. We also tell you which parts of your operation are not worth automating, which is often the more valuable half of the answer.
You receive
- A written report identifying two to three prioritised opportunities
- For each: expected benefit, rough cost, effort, and time to first result
- An assessment of your data and systems readiness
- A recommended first step, with funding options where they apply

Funding support
Substantial European and national funding is available for digitalisation and AI adoption. We help you find the right instrument and build an application that competes.
We track the programmes open to Bulgarian SMEs, tell you plainly which ones you have a realistic chance of winning, and work alongside you on the parts that decide the outcome: the problem definition, the work plan, the budget, and the impact case.

03 – Partner matchmaking
Partner matchmaking
Choosing a supplier is where good AI projects most often go wrong. We shorten that search and improve the odds.
Our network covers Bulgarian and European AI providers, integrators, and research groups. We introduce you to the ones who have solved a problem like yours, and we help you ask the right questions before you sign anything: what happens to your data, who owns the model, what the running costs are, and what the system does when it is wrong.

- Two to four suitable providers, with the reasoning for each
- A briefing on what to check before committing
- Introductions to research partners where a project needs them
- Consortium partners if you are building an EU project

04 – Training and skills
Training and skills
A system only pays off if the people around it know how to use it. We train the team that will run it.
