The European Commission has made AI adoption a priority for European industry, with SMEs named as a specific focus. Its Apply AI Strategy is designed to boost AI adoption and innovation across Europe, particularly among SMEs, opening up funding, support programmes, and sector-specific initiatives that Bulgarian companies can use.
CLAIRICE follows this agenda closely and represents Bulgarian SMEs within it, so the opportunities reach the companies that can act on them.
Who we are
CLAIRICE is the Cluster for AI Research and Innovation for Competitive Europe, a public-benefit non-profit association being established in Sofia. We are an independent, member-based organisation, which means our only measure of success is the results our members achieve. We work with SMEs, technology providers, and research organisations to raise the level of AI adoption across the Bulgarian economy.
